Expeditionsverlauf

Start vom Kosmodrom Baikonur.

Die ISS Expedition 43 begann mit der Abkopplung des Raumschiffs Sojus TMA-14M am 11. März 2015 um 22:44 UTC, das die vorhergehende Stationsbesatzung (Alexander Samokutajew, Jelena Serowa und Barry Wilmore) zurück zur Erde brachte.

Am 28. März 2015 wurde die Besatzung der ISS mit der Ankunft von Sojus TMA-16M wieder auf sechs Personen aufgestockt. Zur Besatzung gehörten die Russen Gennadi Padalka, Michail Kornijenko und der amerikanische Astronaut Scott Kelly.
