Raumstation (Ankunft mit
Sojus
TMA-17). Bei der Mission STS-131, die am 07. April 2010 die ISS erreichte, (ISS-19A) wurden das Logistikmodul Leonardo sowie der LMC-Träger genutzt, um Fracht zur ISS zu bringen. Darunter befand sich unter anderem ein Ammoniaktank, der mit STS-128 zur Erde zurückgeholt und nun wiederbefüllt zur Station zurückgebracht wurde. Im Rahmen von drei Weltraumausstiegen wurden der Austausch des Tanks sowie verschiedene Wartungsarbeiten an der Station durchgeführt Am 12. Mai 2010 verlegte die Stammbesatzung der Internationalen Raumstation das Raumschiff Sojus TMA-17 an einen anderen Andockpunkt, um Platz für die Installation des Modul Rasswet durch die Besatzung der Mission STS-132 zu schaffen. Die Mission STS-132 (ISS-ULF4) brachte im April 2010 das in Russland gebaute Erweiterungsmodul Rasswet, das am Sarja-Modul angedockt wurde, zur Internationalen Raumstation. Mit an Bord befand sich außerdem der Integrated Cargo Carrier (ICC-VLD). Dieser brachte 6 neue Batterien zur ISS, die dieselbe Anzahl alter im P6-Segment ersetzen. Außerdem wurde eine neue Ku-Band-Antenne installiert. Es fanden drei Außenbordeinsätze statt.
