Setshenov", Moscow, 1973; doctorate of medicine degree in cardiology from the Academy of Medical Sciences, Moskow, 1978; was selected on 09.03.1983 by GMVK (Academy of Medical Sciences); OKP (cosmonaut basic training): 6/83 - 9/83; hobbies: diving; then he joines the Institute of Clinical Cardiology, since 1991 as professor; from 1989 to 1996 he was Deputy Director Department Space Life Science of International Space University, Strasbourg, France; since 2000 he workes as a specialist for telemedicine with the European Commission.
