on 6 February 2003, Pavel Vinogradov was assigned to the post of the chief of
the 291st Department (commander of the cosmonaut detachment of
RKKE)
while maintaining of the post of instructor-test-cosmonaut; he had undergo an
intensive medical examination at the Hospital named for Burdenko; since
30.10.2007 deputy to the head of the
RKKE
flight test center (Kaleri).
