Navy Test Pilot School, class 79 (1981); doctorate degree in Systems
Engineering, 1995; Masters of Engineering Management (with Commendation) from
The George Washington University; semi finalist in
NASA group 11 selection; retired from the Navy in July
1995; formerly the Program Manager for Information Technology Support Services
(ITSS) and Director for Knowledge Management at Keane Federal Systems, Inc.;
currently the Vice President and Director of Homeland Security and State
Department for BAE SYSTEMS, managing all aspects of a complex and highly
dynamic government IT environment; additionally, he is a Professorial Lecturer
at The George Washington University in the School of Engineering and Applied
Sciences.
